Need Help With ADHD?

Welcome to Undivided Attention

At Undivided Attention, we provide expert evaluation, management, and treatment of ADHD and Autism in adults ages 18 and older.

Our comprehensive approach to your ADHD treatment program includes in-depth psycho-education and executive functioning counseling, as well as lifestyle coaching. As a nurse practitioner-owned practice, we can also prescribe ADHD medications when appropriate (both stimulant and non-stimulant drug classes). That said, if you prefer not to use medication as part of your ADHD management, that’s OK, too!

Ultimately, the goal is to develop a sustainable ADHD management plan that works for you.

Treatment from an AuDHD Specialist Who Understands

Kelly Pickens, the founder of Undivided Attention was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 48 and self-identified as Autistic at 52. Kelly understands first hand what you are experiencing. She knows how hard it is to find an ADHD provider with the specific skill set and background needed to truly help adults with ADHD, and even harder when it’s both ADHD and Autism (AuDHD) — which is why she started Undivided Attention in 2023 – to provide compassionate, informed, specialized, life-changing ADHD and AuDHD care.

What Does Undivided Attention’s Treatment Look Like?

  • We’ll begin our work together with an initial, in-depth evaluation
  • This is followed by a meaningful evaluation feedback session with a detailed report — view a sample report here
  • Our approach to treatment is a dynamic and responsive support program that may include the following and more:
    • Proprietary (and other) workbooks with guided workbook walk-through sessions
    • Psychoeducational counseling
    • Medication management
    • Natural alternatives to psychiatric medications
    • Systems and routines that are actually helpful
    • Virtual or in-person meeting options
    • Diagnostic testing, including lab work, as appropriate

I started seeing Kelly originally for ADHD and she has been fantastic! I was diagnosed as an adult so I felt that I had a lot to learn about the intricacies of the condition. We got me on a medication that worked for me and got me set up with materials that helped me greatly. After a while, I was also diagnosed with ASD which answered SO MANY questions about why I do/feel certain things and certain health related things I experience. She is a wealth of knowledge and it has been SO validating to learn about my ADHD/ASD. Something that I wasn't fully aware of when I started out on my neurodivergent journey is that these conditions affect girls/women differently than they do boys/men, which could be a reason this was overlooked in me (and many others) growing up. I can't recommend her enough - if you are looking for ADHD/ASD support definitely reach out - she has been wonderful! MJ has also been fantastic assisting in setting appointments and getting meds refilled. Communication with both is easy, and they make getting the care and support you need accessible, which is so important!

I genuinely don't know if I could say enough good things about Kelly and her business. I have been working with her for a couple of months. She is extremely dedicated and responsive, very committed to keeping her research and services as up-to-date as possible (which played a critical role in part of my diagnosis), and I think a rarity in ADHD treatment. She is bridging current research and her patients' lives, and updating her practice based on what she sees in their actual experiences. After going to her, I was diagnosed at the age of 34, and my treatment plan has changed my life. Her approach is neurodivergent friendly by default and not by accommodation. I tried to get diagnosed with two other providers before this, but was not able to due to inaccessibility and misinformation. Would recommend her to anyone.

I recently sought support for ADHD, a condition I was diagnosed with as a child, upon the suggestion of a business mentor. After researching local professionals, I found Kelly and decided to schedule an evaluation. Kelly impressed me with her thoroughness, professionalism, and commitment to empowering her clients through education and practical guidance. The testing process was comprehensive and reasonably priced considering the detailed assessments and prompts provided. The results confirmed my ADHD diagnosis, but also revealed that I have autism—an unexpected finding that was enlightening and significant for me. In my two appointments with Kelly, I received valuable resources, including a free workbook and various support options. Kelly was also exceptionally responsive and helpful when I encountered issues at the pharmacy. For anyone seeking a practitioner who is attentive, supportive, and well-versed in these areas, I highly recommend Kelly.

So glad I went to Kelly! She's been so knowledgeable and informative, and has great insights into my experiences as a late diagnosed ADHD-er. Highly recommend. The assessment process is totally worth it if you can manage the funds, given the information and capability Kelly brings to the table (for late diagnosis and in general), and she is also very responsive and attentive to questions and treatment needs.
