Undivided Attention ADHD Clinic Rates & Billing

Your initial appointment, and first follow up appointment, are $680 each. My rate thereafter is $150/hour. All of my services are private pay, and I do not bill insurance. That said, I am happy to provide a detailed invoice if you would like to submit for reimbursement with your health plan. 

Ways to Pay
All credit/debit cards are accepted, and you can also apply for financing through Care Credit. In addition, Undivided Attention’s services are Flexible Spending or Health Savings account eligible.

• Initial Evaluation: $680
• Creyos Cognitive Assessment: $35
• Follow Up Evaluation: $680
• Management Counseling 60 minutes: $150
• Brief Check-in 20 minutes: $50
